Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute our social media content calendar
  • Write and publish social posts, employee announcements, and company news
  • Develop customer success stories and project case studies
  • Support MBI articles, award submissions, and thought leadership content
  • Update website pages, blogs, and available building inventory/assets
  • Assist with email blasts, newsletters, and campaign content in HubSpot
  • Coordinate project photo and video assets with internal teams
  • Occasionally visit project sites, company events, or customer-facing functions to capture photos, videos, and content opportunities
  • Coordinate with outside photographers, videographers, vendors, and creative partners as needed
  • Coordinate and manage visual storytelling assets, including project photography, EarthCam progress captures, and short-form video editing/publishing for social, website, and campaign use

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in content marketing, social media, communications, or digital marketing preferred
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience managing social platforms and content calendars
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfort updating website content and digital assets in WordPress
  • Professional presence and confidence in customer, vendor, and event-facing environments
  • Willingness to occasionally travel locally for site visits, events, and project photography opportunities
  • Canva, Adobe, Outlook, HubSpot experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (since role may require traveling to events and sites)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Have

  • Experience with photo and short-form video editing tools (such as Photoshop, Premiere Rush, Lightroom, Canva, or similar platforms) is a plus
  • Interest in construction, architecture, engineering, or B2B storytelling is a plus
