Job Summary

Translate complex equity research into accessible, impact-driven investor content while coordinating visuals, publishing, and cross-team collaboration to support branding and client communications.

  • Content Studio: Transform investment insights into whitepapers, sector spotlights, and thematic reports with consistent tone and messaging.
  • Visual Narratives: Produce charts, infographics, and formatted presentations that clearly convey technical details.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with investment, marketing, and research teams to prepare precise client materials and social content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the investment team to transform investment insights into high-impact thought pieces, whitepapers, sector spotlights, and thematic reports.
  • Develop and refine written content that aligns with the firm’s tone and strategic messaging across various platforms.
  • Create visual content including charts, infographics, and formatted presentations using desktop publishing tools and graphic illustration.
  • Support marketing initiatives with research-driven content for investor communications, social media, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and sectors we cover, proactively identifying content opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of client and prospect materials, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent concentration.
  • Proven writing ability with a portfolio of financial or research-based content.
  • 1–3 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or a related capital markets role.
  • Strong curiosity and understanding of equity markets
  • High proficiency in graphic illustration and DTP tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong editorial and visual standards.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across functions.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
