Job Summary

Own content creation for a fitness brand, turning product features into authentic posts and videos while driving affiliate revenue through your link and monthly creator challenges.

  • Content Production: Own authentic product-focused content across social channels.
  • Campaign & Community: Participate in challenges, collaborate on launches, and grow a disciplined, values-driven creator community.
  • Impact & Growth: Build consistent engagement and help scale creator-driven initiatives through Discord-driven updates and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create authentic content featuring Compound products
  • Share your unique affiliate link and earn commissions on every sale
  • Participate in monthly creator challenges and campaigns
  • Collaborate with our team on future product launches and creative ideas
  • Help grow a community centered around consistency, discipline, and becoming better every day

Requirements

  • Minimum 1,000 Instagram followers or 10,000 TikTok followers
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or personal growth
  • Comfortable creating authentic photo and video content
  • Consistent and professional social media presence
  • Active Discord account (all communication, challenges, and announcements are managed through our private Discord community)
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor in your country
