Job Description

Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life.
Establish and manage local key relationships to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention.
Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and to strengthen the store as a community hub.
Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest journey.
Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
Review community data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership.
Contribute to an inclusive team environment that supports a positive experience for all team members.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Preferred

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
Experience in building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities
