Job Summary

The role owns the end-to-end social content and partnership program for our events, driving exhibitor engagement, co-marketing opportunities, and live coverage to grow awareness and attendance.

  • Owns the social content strategy and partner engagement across channels
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships with exhibitors, advertisers, speakers, and industry partners
  • Partners with the marketing team to create live content, promotions, and co-marketing opportunities that boost event awareness and attendance

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content across our social media channels
  • Build relationships with exhibitors, advertisers, speakers, sponsors, and industry partners
  • Engage with our partners on social media by commenting, sharing, tagging, and highlighting their content
  • Encourage exhibitors and partners to promote our events through social media, email, newsletters, and other marketing channels
  • Create exhibitor spotlights, event previews, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop co-marketing opportunities, promotional partnerships, and creative barter programs
  • Identify new organizations, associations, and businesses that can help expand awareness of our events
  • Attend our trade shows to create live content and strengthen partner relationships
  • Work with our marketing team to develop fresh ideas that increase event awareness and attendance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, community engagement, partnerships, communications, event marketing, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong writing and content creation abilities
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Comfortable creating simple short-form videos and social content
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in trade shows, publishing, associations, media, hospitality, real estate, or B2B marketing is a plus—but not required.
