Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, doctor’s offices, and other local organizations to generate client leads.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive database of potential referrers, ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Schedule and deliver presentations, training sessions, and meetings to professionals, families, and organizations on Senior Helpers’ services, including specialized care for dementia and Parkinson’s disease.
  • Represent Senior Helpers at networking events to promote services and develop new lead sources.
  • Perform client assessments, create personalized care plans, and coordinate with office staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and tracking sheets to monitor lead activity and provide weekly reports to the manager.
  • Engage in weekly meetings with the manager to discuss referral status, opportunities, and outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in senior care, healthcare coordination, or marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and passionate about helping seniors
  • Strong organizational, presentation and multitasking skills
