Job Summary

Own frontline outreach to promote nonprofit campaigns and build donor relationships with a community-first approach.

  • Engagement & Outreach: Represent campaigns at events and connect with supporters to grow awareness.
  • Messaging & Mission Clarity: Communicate each organization’s mission clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Growth & Feedback: Work with leadership to hit daily/weekly goals and provide field insights to improve performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the public to promote nonprofit campaigns and increase awareness for our partners
  • Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach locations
  • Engage directly with supporters to build strong connections
  • Communicate each organization’s mission clearly and confidently
  • Assist with new donor enrollments and campaign tracking
  • Collaborate with leadership to hit daily and weekly goals
  • Support each client by helping expand their local reach
  • Provide feedback to improve campaign performance and overall client growth

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful – but not required.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people daily
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented
  • Coachable and eager to grow
  • Team-focused but individually driven
  • Ready for a full-time, on-site entry level opportunity
