Job Summary

Own cross-channel community messaging and events program with ownership over member comms, guest experience, and partner collaborations; align campaigns, paid media, and content production to drive consistent brand voice and community growth.

Own day-to-day community management and guest engagement across in gym and digital touchpoints.
Coordinate events, partnerships, and campaigns to keep messaging aligned and on-brand.
Operate with CRM, AI tools, and standard workflows to automate updates and measure impact.

Job Description

Communication & Brand Voice
Responding to inbound messages from members and guests across Instagram, Facebook, Google, Yelp, email, website, and text
Drafting outbound communication — newsletters, event announcements, promotions, member updates
Keeping communication clear, warm, timely, and aligned with HiClimb's values
Keeping guest-facing messaging consistent across departments and channels
Looping the team in on relevant promotions, campaigns, and updates so everyone stays aligned through SOPs and clear handoffs
Marketing, Campaigns & Paid Advertising
Cocreating and maintaining communication and marketing initiatives
Supporting campaigns for memberships, youth programs, events, classes, retail, promotions, clubs, and setting
Using AI and other design tools to produce social posts, flyers, signage, and digital assets
