Drive community management for a flagship mobile title and bridge players with developers.

  • Own and execute community management for the flagship title to boost engagement.
  • Must-have: 2+ years in gaming community/content management with strong English writing.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a community engagement strategy for our flagship title, Clockmaker
  • Brainstorm and schedule high-quality content for various platforms (e.g. in-game news tabs, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram; Email, Google Play and App Store LiveOps Promotional Content)
  • Analyze community metrics and industry best practices to make data-driven decisions and achieve business goals
  • Work closely with product and cross-functional teams to grow player retention
  • Become the voice of our players and provide regular community feedback to our developers

Requirements

  • Two years of community or content management experience in the gaming industry
  • Fluency in English, exceptional writing skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for community engagement and promotion
  • Proven experience generating creative ideas, writing copies and briefs for content that resonate with casual mobile gamers
  • The ability to work independently and without guidance
  • A passion for mobile games

Preferred

  • Experience working with any social media monitoring, analytics, or scheduling tools
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience working with App Store and Google Play LiveOps Promotional Content
  • Experience in email marketing
