Responsibilities

• Maintains high-quality on-site team through coaching and leadership to reach their highest potential
• Collaborates with the leasing team to utilize social media and develop a marketing plan and sales strategies
• Leads daily/weekly inspirational team meetings to exceed and be the best in a competitive market
• Maintains thorough product knowledge of the community and competition
• Interacts with residents with the highest level of customer service
• Ensures that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe
• Inspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly
• Reads and understands financial reports and budgets of the community
• Understands economic occupancy as compared to the vacancy rate on each property and how delinquent rent payments will significantly cut into economic occupancy
• Uses sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up every community

Requirements

• Must have strong leadership and team building skills
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self-starter mindset

Preferred

• Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred
• Property lease up experience preferred
