Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Telegram groups — welcome new members, answer questions, kill spam, maintain energy
• Run Discord server — set up channels, roles, bots, host AMAs, manage community events
• X/Twitter community engagement — reply to mentions, quote-tweet, thread engagement, raid coordination
• Moderate r/mythicnetwork on Reddit — post updates, engage in comments, cross-post to r/solana, r/cryptocurrency, r/defi
• Coordinate community raids — organized engagement on competitor/partner posts, CT threads, and trending topics
• Create and post daily content — memes, updates, alpha drops, milestone announcements
• Monitor sentiment — flag FUD early, address concerns before they spread
• Grow community from current size to 10K+ across all platforms
• Track community metrics — member growth, engagement rate, message volume, sentiment
• Coordinate with Marketing Director on campaigns, launches, and announcements

Requirements

• 1+ year managing crypto/Web3 communities (Telegram, Discord, or both)
• Native understanding of crypto Twitter culture — you already live on CT
• Experience moderating communities of 1K+ members
• Fast typist, fast thinker — you can handle 50 conversations simultaneously
• Available across time zones — crypto never sleeps, neither does the community manager
• Strong meme game and ability to create engaging short-form content
• Understand DeFi basics — DEX, AMM, bridges, tokens, staking
• Self-starter — no one tells you to post, you just do it

Preferred

• Experience with Telegram/Discord bots (setup, configuration, anti-spam)
• Raid group experience or connections to existing raid communities
• Graphic design basics (Canva, simple meme creation)
• Multiple language fluency (especially for international Telegram groups)
• Existing following on crypto Twitter
