Job Summary

Own and drive the core property operations including sales, leasing, marketing, and administrative workflows, while maintaining strong resident relations and timely processes across a 7-day schedule.

Responsibilities

Sales/Leasing & Marketing:
Answer phones; respond to email inquiries
Correct spelling and grammar are a must
Follow-up with prospects regularly
Provide prospective residents with tours of our property and model
Regularly review ads and notify manager of needed (or suggest) updates
Assist with maintaining high-occupancy/low-vacancy
Generate leads by seeking referrals
Convert phone calls to tours and tours to leases
Administrative:

Requirements

Our communities are open 7-days per week; therefore, weekends are required
General sales/closing skills – proven exceptional closing ratio
Articulate and professional – you will be the ‘first impression’ of our community
Welcoming demeanor and comfortable speaking in front of group
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in a difficult situation
Experience using general office equipment, including copier, computer, and associated programs/software
Knowledge of property management software – i.e. On-Site (preferred)
Experience: Yardi: 1 year (Required)
Property Manager: 2 years (Required)
Language: Korean (Required)
