Job Summary

Own outreach to senior-care institutions and convert partner referrals into care collaborations, while guiding orientations and hiring and handling after-hours lead assessment.

  • Outreach and partnerships: Educate facilities, hospices, hospitals, and senior living centers on LIFE needs and build community collaborations.
  • Referral management: Track referrals from partners, support orientations, and sign agreements to meet office needs.
  • Lead timing: Evaluate leads during evenings/weekends to sustain pipeline and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Outreach to facilities, hospice, hospitals, senior living to educate about Senior Helpers and how we can bridge the gap to their needs with LIFE
  • Set up speaking engagements
  • Establish partnerships withthese institutions in the community
  • To assess their referrals from these organizations so that the office can care meeting their needs
  • To help with orientations and hiring
  • To evaluate leads in the evening and weekends
  • Sign agreements
Requirements
