Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Advocating: Acting as a trusted guide for seniors and their families during times of crisis and transition.
  • Networking & Marketing: Building relationships with hospital discharge planners, rehab directors, and local healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
  • Touring Communities: Accompanying families on tours of assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities.
  • Managing the Journey: Using our proprietary CRM to track follow-ups and ensure every family feels supported from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Empathetic but Direct: You can hold a crying spouse's hand, but also have the tough, honest conversations families need to hear.
  • Fiercely Independent & Flexible: This is NOT a 9-to-5 desk job. You need a completely fluid schedule to accommodate early morning networking, evening events, and the occasional weekend tour when an out-of-state family flies in. You thrive without being micromanaged.
  • Local: Ideally based in or near South/West downtown Fort Worth, Benbrook, Aledo, Weatherford, or Burleson.

Preferred

  • A Healthcare Pro (Or someone with the heart of one): A background in nursing, social work, case management, or rehab (PT, OT, SLP) is a huge bonus.
