Job Summary

Own the front line of customer success for a maker-first ecommerce stack and keep multi-channel support humming while shaping playbooks for onboarding and vendor coordination.

Channel & workflow ownership: manage Gorgias, Amazon Seller Central, Slack, and other tools to hit fast response and resolution targets
Vendor partnerships coordination: align Springboard, ShipHero, Loop, ShipBob, and Skio and codify SOPs
Documentation & playbooks: build templates, onboarding SOPs, and messaging guides to lift team efficiency

Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer support and manage escalations across our email management platform Gorgias, Amazon Seller Central, Slack, and support tools
Maintain a <12-24 hour first response time and <24-36 hour resolution time for customer inquiries
Improve customer workflows, onboarding processes, and email support SOPs
Lead coordination with key vendor partners (Springboard, ShipHero, Loop, ShipBob, Skio) by monitoring Slack, responding to inquiries, and setting up SOPs
Identify trends and recommend improvements to products and processes based on customer feedback
Build and maintain documentation and saved customer messaging templates for team efficiency
Respond and monitor reviews through our website and Amazon store
Support reseller and school partner success by processing purchase orders and onboarding B2B accounts
Provide marketing resources to strengthen retention and reorder cycles
Help partners understand our products features and best practices
