Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies that align with corporate functional priorities and enhance employee understanding and engagement.
  • Partner closely with leaders across Finance, Technology, and Corporate Affairs to support communication needs, including drafting content, supporting program rollouts, and reinforcing key messages.
  • Assist in delivering communication support for leaders whose scope includes Commercial, ensuring consistency and alignment across diverse business units.
  • Create and manage content for internal channels, including messaging, newsletters, intranet posts, FAQs, talking points, and leader communications.
  • Maintain and contribute to the internal communications content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and coordinated messaging.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to support the implementation of communication channel strategies to maximize reach, impact, and clarity for internal audiences.
  • Use data and insights to assess communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional partners to deeply understand programs, priorities, and opportunities for strategic storytelling.
  • Help develop messaging that reinforces the company’s values, purpose, and culture, elevating stories and initiatives that connect employees to the company’s mission.
  • Contribute to communication plans for corporate programs and initiatives, including drafting materials and supporting project execution.
