Own and drive executive communications and cross-functional content programs, turning complex information into concise, compelling materials for leadership, marketing, and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, briefings, reports, and supporting materials.
  • Draft executive correspondence, talking points, internal announcements, newsletters, and other leadership communications.
  • Translate technical, operational, and business information into clear and engaging content.
  • Support leadership meetings, customer engagements, conferences, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with preparation of meeting agendas, executive summaries, and action-item tracking.
  • Create marketing materials, capability statements, corporate presentations, and other business development collateral.
  • Support proposal development activities, including formatting, graphics, and presentation materials.
  • Develop content for company communication channels, including newsletters, website updates, and social media.
  • Assist with corporate events, recruiting events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including meeting coordination, scheduling, and documentation support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in communications, executive support, marketing, business operations, or a related field.
  • Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and executive-level briefing materials.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, and Gmail).
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage new collaboration and communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, program leaders, or customer-facing teams.
  • Experience developing proposal content, marketing collateral, or business development materials.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense organizations preferred.
  • U.S. Army experience (Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, or Army Civilian) preferred.
  • Experience working within a government contracting (GovCon) environment.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense organizational structures and terminology.
