Job Description

Serve as the primary Account Manager and communications strategist for assigned clients and business partners.
Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic communications plans that support business goals and organizational priorities.
Act as the primary point of contact for communications projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
Partner with creative teams, including copywriters, designers, and digital specialists, to develop integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards and communications strategies.
Collaborate with digital communications teams to optimize online communications and marketing channels.
Provide communications counsel and strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders.
Support crisis communications and after-hours response activities as needed.
