Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communications and Public Relations Manager located in Warwick, RI.
  • The role involves developing and executing strategic communication and public relations plans to enhance Amica's brand and reputation.
  • Responsibilities include writing press releases, managing media relations, overseeing internal communications, and creating content for various digital and print channels.
  • The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, coordinate events, and build relationships with external stakeholders and media outlets.
  • This individual will also ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Public Relations, Media Relations, and crafting Press Releases
  • Experience with Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, and Crisis Communication strategies
  • Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Digital Marketing
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement comprehensive Communication Plans
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and audience engagement strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
