Job Summary

Coordinate marketing campaigns and events end-to-end, keeping timelines tight, assets on-brand, and cross-functional teams moving in sync to deliver smooth, impactful campaigns.

  • Brand & Asset Management: Create clear, on-brand presentations and maintain templates and shared marketing assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through completion - Project Management: Manage timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track - Progress & Problem Solving: Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and help implement solutions - Administrative Support: Provide administrative and coordination support to keep projects moving - Team Alignment: Communicate with team members to maintain alignment and momentum - Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for events - Point of Contact: Serve as a point of contact and ensure details are executed effectively - Task Tracking: Track tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion - Clear Communications: Create presentations, agendas, and internal documents that are clear and visually consistent - Brand & Materials: Develop brand-aligned materials, including simple graphics and occasional small print pieces (postcards, bookmarks, etc.) - Templates & Consistency: Build and maintain templates to support consistency across communications - Asset Management: Organize and manage shared marketing assets and resources - Cross-Functional Support: Contribute across marketing efforts, stepping in where needed to support execution - Content & Reporting: Assist with content preparation, campaign setup, and basic reporting - Channel Coverage: Support digital, print, and event-based initiatives as needed Requirements - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset - Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Adobe, Outlook, AI, Slack, Canva (or similar platforms) - Good familiarity with marketing terms and principles - Ability to adapt, take initiative, and contribute across a variety of projects - An eye for clean, consistent design and attention to brand detail - Willingness to adapt and grow with the needs of the position and the organization - Desire to work well on a team to accomplish marketing goals - Ability to work in a hybrid environment - Full alignment with Open the Bibles mission and Statement of Faith Nice_to_Have Benefits Compensation - USD 45000-50000 YEAR - $45k-$50k annual salary How_to_apply - Email your resume to sclose@openthebible.org About_company - Do you believe in the transformative power of Gods Word?
