Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of internal communications materials
  • Help generate content associated with strategic social media targets, developing plans, creating and scheduling posts for publishing on various platforms
  • Analyze, suggest and make website updates
  • Work within Muck Rack, our media management and monitoring software to create media lists, monitor for specific coverage and create reports
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft compelling project stories
  • Prepare external media materials

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing is required, along with a desire to work in a dynamic firm with a team-focused energetic atmosphere
  • Possesses exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication.
  • Excels in relationship building, intra-personal skills and collaboration.
  • Emphasizes proactivity, resourcefulness, and the ability to multi-task within overlapping deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry is a bonus!
