Job Summary

Own integrated communications and brand across ECC, blending media relations, digital presence, and stakeholder storytelling to drive engagement and fundraising impact.

  • Communications & Brand: oversee messaging, branding, press, and outreach across websites, social, and newsletters.
  • Fundraising & Development: support donor research, proposals, sponsorships, and donor communications with CRM precision.
  • Content & Events: produce impact content and plan workshops, webinars, and community events with measurable reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own ECC's communications across digital, print, and media programs.
  • Manage websites, social channels, and email communications, including bi-weekly newsletters.
  • Create content that highlights organizational impact, stakeholder achievements, events, and industry developments.
  • Produce marketing and outreach materials, including fact sheets, presentations, graphics, reports, and promotional content.
  • Draft press releases, articles, blog posts, and other public-facing communications.
  • Keep branding and messaging consistent across all communications platforms.
  • Track engagement metrics and propose strategies to increase audience reach and visibility.
  • Support fundraising and development, including prospect research and donor communications.
  • Maintain donor, member, sponsor, and partner records within ECC's CRM systems and assist with stewardship and events.
  • Represent ECC at community, industry, and networking events, and support planning of workshops, webinars, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
