Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Lead consultant, strategist and planner on run-the-business and reputation initiatives, owning the end-to-end program lifecycle.
  • Content development and messaging: Write/edit internal, field, chapter and media communications across traditional, web, and social channels.
  • Change management and channel governance: Apply best practices to improve effectiveness and ensure timely distribution with channel managers.
  • Resource management and partnership: Coordinate internal and external creative resources to execute enterprise communications programs.
  • Cross-divisional learning: Apply learnings from other divisions to continually raise impact and efficiency.
