• Donor Communications: Develop donor-facing materials, including proposals, stewardship communications, and campaign narratives to support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Foundation Reporting: Produce the annual Impact Report as a core stewardship and advancement tool for donors and prospects.
• Content & Website: Update and manage the Foundation website with donor-focused stories that demonstrate philanthropy’s importance and impact.
• Messaging Integration: Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align philanthropy messages with Carilion Clinic’s public communications across social channels.
• Storytelling & Brand: Help shape Carilion Clinic’s not-for-profit image through advancement-aligned storytelling that highlights charitable impact.
