Responsibilities - Develop and own the core messaging pillars for the organization, ensuring consistency across all platforms (web, print, social, and internal). - Act as a speechwriter and advisor for C-suite leadership, ghostwriting op-eds, keynote addresses, and sensitive internal memos. - Establish the "Voice of the Brand" guidelines and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) for high-stakes deliverables. - Lead the communication response during PR "fires," data breaches, or major organizational restructuring. - Distill highly technical or legal information (e.g., ICAM TCO reports or SOC 2 compliance updates) into digestible "Level of Effort" summaries for non-technical stakeholders. - Act as a primary point of contact for high-tier media outlets, managing brand reputation and press inquiries.
