Responsibilities

• Early-stage growth strategy and execution. You own the pipeline, not just the activity.
• Partnership development with general contractors, brokerages, title companies, and developers
• Outreach, relationship building, and deal progression across target verticals
• Pilot-to-paid conversion and early revenue accountability
• Go-to-market refinement: learning what lands, doubling down on what works, and cutting what doesn’t
• Collaborating with the founding team to share insights from the field and influence product direction
• Representing Casa Place alongside the founder at trade shows, industry events, and conferences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or early-stage GTM
• Proven ability to build pipeline and close, not just manage activity
• Revenue-minded and comfortable with accountability. You know the difference between activity and traction, and you optimize for the latter
• Strong judgment on where to focus and what to ignore
• Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook
• Must be willing to travel to prospects to pitch them.
• Strong communicator who can open doors, build trust, and follow through
