Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define the company’s go-to-market strategy, positioning, and category narrative
- Build a premium, credible brand in a trust-sensitive enterprise market
- Translate a technically sophisticated product into clear commercial messaging for fintech executives, compliance leaders, and enterprise buyers
- Lead demand generation strategy across targeted B2B channels, partnerships, thought leadership, and account-based initiatives
- Develop the company’s market education strategy around predictive compliance, cross-border regulation, and AI-enabled regulatory intelligence
- Build top-of-funnel awareness, mid-funnel credibility, and sales-enablement assets for enterprise conversion
- Partner closely with the CEO and CTO on product marketing, launch sequencing, buyer intelligence, and market prioritization
- Create investor-grade external communications for customers, partners, advisors, and capital providers
- Establish performance-driven marketing infrastructure, KPIs, and reporting discipline from the outset
- Recruit and lead high-caliber internal and external marketing talent as the company scales
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience as a CMO, VP Marketing, Chief Growth Officer, or senior GTM leader
- Strong background in B2B SaaS , ideally in fintech, RegTech, enterprise software, compliance infrastructure, risk, payments, banking, or other regulated sectors
- Demonstrated success in category creation, strategic positioning, and enterprise demand generation
- Strong ability to market complex, technical, or trust-sensitive products to sophisticated buyers
- Experience supporting enterprise sales with clear messaging, strong collateral, and effective GTM alignment
- Deep understanding of executive audiences and how to build credibility in regulated, high-stakes markets
- Strong judgment across brand, content, thought leadership, product marketing, and performance marketing
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in an early-stage environment
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, AML/KYC, or cross-border fintech themes is highly valuable
