Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Growth Strategy: Guide strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Marketplaces, and where relevant, SEO and GEO. Ensure every recommendation ties back to profitability, acquisition efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Translate Data Into Business Insight: Turn performance metrics into thoughtful narratives that help senior leaders make confident decisions. Anchor conversations in outcomes, not activity.
• Apply Structured Experimentation: Leverage our AI platforms, including LXRInsights, LXRSense and LXRGPT, to design disciplined experimentation roadmaps. Test deliberately. Learn quickly. Scale what works.
• Advise Beyond Channels: Support clients in thinking holistically about growth. Acquisition. Retention. Merchandising signals. Competitive positioning in an AI-shaped commerce environment.
• Build Long-Term Trust: Earn credibility through preparation, clarity, and sound judgment. Be the steady partner clients rely on when growth decisions carry weight.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years in a digital agency, consulting, or similar client-facing growth role
• MBA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Exposure to eCommerce strongly preferred
• Demonstrated interest in AI-driven marketing approaches

Preferred

• Hands-on experience in Paid Social, Marketplaces, and SEO/GEO is a strong advantage.
