Own and drive local marketing for a family-centered childcare program, shaping strategy, content, and campaigns to attract families in target communities and grow enrollments.

Lead local SEO, Google presence, and online reviews
Track leads, tours, and enrollment results to optimize campaigns

Responsibilities

Review and improve our current website
Improve Google Business Profile visibility and help increase reviews
Develop a local marketing strategy to reach families in North Stonington, Mystic, Stonington, Westerly, Groton, and surrounding communities
Create engaging social media content highlighting our teachers, classrooms, activities, healthy food program, and unique learning environment
Develop advertising campaigns focused on infant, toddler, and preschool
Track leads, calls, tours, and enrollment results
Provide monthly recommendations and progress updates

Preferred

Experience marketing childcare centers, schools, or family-focused businesses preferred
Strong understanding of local SEO and Google search
Experience with Facebook/Instagram marketing
Creative storyteller who can highlight what makes us special
Results-focused with the ability to measure success
