Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Strategy Officer. The Chief Strategy Officer will oversee corporate strategy and business planning, drive organizational growth initiatives, and provide executive leadership in aligning teams with strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, conducting market and financial analysis, identifying business opportunities, and working closely with key stakeholders to achieve long-term organizational objectives. The role also requires collaboration across departments to ensure the alignment of operations with the company’s vision for growth. Qualifications Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and implement effective corporate strategies Strong capabilities in Analytical Skills and Finance to assess market opportunities and manage financial goals effectively Proven experience in Executive Management to lead teams and drive alignment with organizational goals Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Experience in the gaming industry, particularly with Web3-related initiatives, is an advantage Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
