Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Global Revenue Leadership: Define and reach our global sales goals as determined together with the CEO and board. Coordinate and align Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Business Development efforts into a single, cohesive growth engine.
  • Scaling the Revenue Org: Lead the charge in more than doubling the revenue organization in headcount, designing a global structure that remains agile as we scale.
  • Strategic Deal Involvement: Move beyond "oversight" to actively coaching leadership on deal play. You will help navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including alignment with owners, investors, and boards for our Enterprise opportunities.
  • Elevating the Narrative: Grow the importance of "Business Value Selling" – positioning vivenu not just as a tool, but as the essential revenue-focused operating system for live entertainment.
  • Holistic GTM Strategy: Ensure our value proposition is uniquely tuned for the complexities of the industry, moving beyond "general SaaS" tropes.
  • Modern Tech Stack Mastery: Ensure the team is equipped with and fluent in a modern tech stack that enables speed, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Global Coherence: Co-create and Lead a unified global sales strategy that respects regional and vertical nuances while maintaining the "vivenu standard" of excellence.
  • Segment-Specific Expertise: Refine our transition toward a sophisticated, segment-specific approach, driving a consistent increase in average ACV and securing high-value customers in our core verticals.
  • Autonomous Pod Structure: Build and empower sales pod structures with the right level of autonomy to navigate local market dynamics while remaining aligned with global goals.
  • Mission-Critical Trust: Lead with the professional gravity required for a trust-focused industry. You will ensure that every enterprise interaction is individualized, acknowledging that ticketing is the heartbeat of our customers' digital ecosystems.
  • Hyper-Growth Velocity: Lead the revenue function through a trajectory of doubling the business year-over-year, scaling the organization’s reach and impact without compromising operational integrity.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a CRO in a high scale company, thereof minimal 3 years leading a >50 ARR Organization.
  • The Vertical Specialist: Proven track record in Vertical SaaS. You understand that in this space, winners provide the "Operating System" that sits at the heart of the business.
  • Global Scaler: Successfully built and managed teams across North America and Europe, navigating the cultural nuances required to win on both continents and continue to scale from there.
  • Analytical Mindset & High-Performance Culture: You move with urgency, embrace an iterative "fail fast, learn faster" mentality, and thrive in an environment where speed is a competitive advantage.
  • Ecosystem Thinker: You recognize that ticketing is the most important digital business decision a client makes. You know how to sell into a diverse and passionate industry where the product is
