Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include driving business planning, managing operations, and leading budget and financial performance oversight. The COO will also play a vital role in steering the company’s expansion into Web3-related ventures, offering strategic direction and operational insight. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management with a proven track record of achieving strategic goals. Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and overseeing financial health with an analytical approach. Exceptional Analytical Skills for decision-making, problem-solving, and performance tracking. Experience in scaling up business operations, especially in digital or online gaming industries, is preferred. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills to implement and sustain organizational goals.
