Bishop Cider is an adult beverage company founded in 2014 and based in Dallas, Texas. It also owns and operates popular arcade bars—Cidercade Dallas, Cidercade Austin, Cidercade Houston and Cidercade Fort Worth. Bishop Cider also recently acquired Fort Worth craft brewery Wild Acre Brewing Co. and has revitalized the restaurant and beer garden at the location, as well as revamped production of craft beer and cider at the location.Owners, Joel and Laura Malone, started making cider out of their home in the summer of 2012. As they observed the landscape of commercially available cider in Texas, they came to the conclusion that no one was meeting the level of quality and taste they knew Texas deserved. So, they took action and Bishop Cider was born.Fast forward to 2023 and Bishop Cider is now sold across Texas and Oklahoma, with plans to launch distribution in a multitude of new states. New, bold flavors are on the way, too. It’s safe to say that Bishop Cider’s best days are ahead. New and avid hard cider drinkers, alike, rejoice!
