Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and managing a high-performing sales and business development funnel, and optimizing the customer journey from lead generation to long-term retention.
• The role will collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to align service offerings, pricing, and positioning with market needs, and to drive brand visibility through digital channels and partnerships.
• The Chief Growth Officer will also be responsible for forecasting revenue, tracking key performance metrics, and reporting growth results to the leadership team.
• The Chief Growth Officer will lead the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy across global markets, with a focus on scaling relationships with architecture and real estate clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage but not required
• Demonstrated strength in Sales and Sales Management, including pipeline development, deal negotiation, and long-term account growth
• Proven experience in Business Development, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and cultivate strategic partnerships and new market segments
• Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to design and oversee campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance brand awareness
• Background in growth leadership or commercial roles within creative, architectural, real estate, or technology services is highly beneficial
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, build forecasts, and make evidence-based decisions on growth initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Comfort operating in a fully remote environment, with strong self-management, collaboration, and time-management capabilities
