Requirements

  • 15+ years in federal (GovCon) professional services, with progressive leadership in business development, capture, and growth.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling a federal services business through a comparable revenue band (e.g., toward $100M+), owning or heavily influencing a growth P&L.
  • Deep command of the federal acquisition lifecycle, contract vehicles, set-aside/small-business programs, and teaming.
  • Established relationships across federal customers and the GovCon industry base.
  • Experience supporting M&A - target sourcing, diligence, and post-close integration - is strongly preferred given the platform strategy.
  • Executive presence and the ability to operate credibly at the CEO, board, and customer-executive level.
  • Track record of building repeatable growth systems and disciplined pipeline governance, not just individual wins.

Preferred

  • Strategic operator who stays at altitude but can drive execution accountability.
  • Intellectually honest - verifies signals, surfaces risk early, and does not confuse activity with progress.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, acquisitive environment with evolving systems and process.
