Role Description We are seeking a full-time Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead Boyaa Interactive’s digital transformation initiatives. This is a remote leadership role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust digital strategies, driving IT innovation, and leading strategic planning for digital growth. You will oversee digital software solutions, enhance operational efficiencies, and collaborate across departments to align digital efforts with business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy Experience in IT Strategy development and its effective execution Strong Strategic Planning and Project Management skills Proven track record of delivering results in digital initiatives Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred Familiarity with Web3 technologies and gaming industry trends is a strong advantage
