Job Summary
Own CCDH's online fundraising engine from first touch to retention, driving online revenue and donor journeys.
- Growth Infrastructure: Manage paid digital programs (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and optimize email and social funnels with A/B testing.
- Major Gifts Leadership: Design and lead the major gifts program, cultivating and closing five-, six- and seven-figure gifts for individuals and family foundations, with a personal donor portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Represent development in donor interactions and align with programme and communications teams to convert visibility into fundraising action.
