Responsibilities

• - Serve as the primary strategic expert throughout the campaign development process, collaborating closely with Campaign Managers and other cross-functional team members.
• - Partner with Marketing Development Strategists to create and enhance effective marketing strategies.
• - Transform strategic goals and objectives into actionable plans for execution.
• - Work collaboratively with team members to assess campaign performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and promote innovative and diverse viewpoints.
• - Identify opportunities for testing and learning within campaign efforts to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or advertising agency experience required.
• Proven experience leading marketing initiatives and working successfully within a matrix organizational structure.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives and foundational strategy into campaign execution including strong brief writing and executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency leveraging audience analysis, consumer insights, and competitive insights to inform strategic artifacts (briefs, presentations, annual plans, results summaries, etc.)
