Responsibilities

• - Capture professional photo and video content at active construction projects, company events, and client functions.
• - Plan and coordinate weekly content schedules with project managers and field personnel.
• - Edit high-quality videos, reels, and photos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• - Organize and maintain a digital media library.
• - Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• - Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• - Create engaging captions, graphics, and short-form video content.
• - Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• - Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• - Assist with website content updates, blog content, and SEO initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• - Experience with professional photography and videography.
• - Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• - Experience managing business social media accounts.
• - Experience creating and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator preferred).
• - Strong organizational and project management skills.
• - Excellent communication and time management.
• - Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.
• - Drone pilot certification (FAA Part 107).
• - Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
