Own client onboarding, lead follow-up, and event coordination across our marketing platforms; drive scheduling, podcast support, and content updates while ensuring tool accessibility.

Manage client sign-ups and communications

Assist with digital marketing and content across website, social media, YouTube, and blog

Responsibilities

Following up on leads and managing new client sign-ups
Booking and coordinating events, demos, and webinars
Scheduling calls, meetings, and events for leadership
Helping schedule podcast recordings with clients who sign up
Assisting with digital marketing and content across our website, social media, podcast, and YouTube
Client communication and project delivery, working alongside AI tools
Updating websites (no code) and blogs
Making sure our software, tools, and platforms stay current and accessible for subscribers

Requirements

Have experience in business development, marketing, project management, real estate, or a similar client-facing role
Are comfortable on the phone and in email, with a professional, polished presence
Are tech-savvy, fast learners, comfortable using AI tools daily
Are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable without needing close supervision
Want steady, flexible part-time work — not a stepping stone to figure out what field they want to be in
