Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement the ICP strategy developed by the CRO and operationalise it with the sales team
- Align messaging, campaigns and funnel execution to the defined ICP
- Oversee organic and paid marketing across Sentral brands (US + AU)
- Monitor and interpret marketing + sales data weekly, recommending tactical refinements
- Own the marketing calendar and execution discipline (things ship, on time, to standard)
- Support client brand and growth strategy oversight when needed
- Sign off on client-facing visual and campaign outputs
- Ensure growth initiatives are data-backed and commercially disciplined
Requirements
- Have 5–10+ years in brand strategy, growth marketing, or GTM leadership (agency or in-house)
- Know how to turn positioning into pipeline (not just “brand work”)
- Can run a tight weekly performance cadence and make confident calls from data
- Have excellent taste and quality control across brand/campaign outputs
- Thrive in a multi-brand, multi-market environment with moving priorities
