Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain eye-catching displays in dispensaries to maximize visibility and sales.
• Ensure that store requirements are met and our brand is prominently represented.
• Act as the face of Dank By Definition, embodying our values and maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
• Build strong relationships with dispensary staff and budtenders to enhance product knowledge and advocacy.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target demographics and market trends.
• Use data-driven insights to develop and execute effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.
• Drive sales through effective product promotion and customer engagement strategies.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for dispensary staff to ensure they are well-versed in our products.
• Plan and coordinate in-store activations to showcase our products and educate consumers.
• Set up engaging booths and displays that attract attention and highlight product features.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or a similar position is preferred
• Experience creating engaging online content and a strong social media presence
• An engaging, friendly disposition
• Willingness to Travel
• Valid New York Driver's License
• Customer Service/Marketing Experience: Prior experience in customer service or marketing preferred
