Job Description

Responsibilities

Update and maintain content (text, images, links, events) across our digital channels
Help keep content fresh, accurate, and on-brand
Engage with audiences and respond to inquiries digitally and in person
Create eye-catching graphics and visuals for digital and in-person campaigns
Contribute ideas to content planning and creative projects
Support research on trends, audiences, and relevant marketing topics
Help organize digital assets and keep systems running smoothly
Participate in brainstorming, team reviews, and project launches
Support engagement and outreach to students, partners, and the wider campus community
Support other exciting marketing and engagement projects as needed

Requirements

Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) or willingness to learn
Strong written communication and proofreading skills
Ability to take direction and feedback constructively
Strong attention to detail and time management
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
