Drive marketing for Fat Head’s beers, brewery, and Beer Hall, owning strategy, promotions, and on-site programs.

Own development of marketing strategies for beverages, events, POS, and digital initiatives
Must-have: 3–5 years in craft beer sales/marketing and social media/editorial experience
Standout: Leadership of a social media program and content creation

Develop marketing strategies and tactics in support of Fat Head’s beers, cocktails, NA and brewery, inclusive of:
Consumer promotions
Retail events
Advertising and marketing campaigns
New product introductions
Point-of-sale materials (POS)
Copywriting, inclusive of:
Brand and brewery storytelling
Beer names, descriptions and packaging
Promotional materials
Media releases and announcements

Requires 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the craft beer industry
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
Previous experience managing social media or editorial for a lifestyle brand or blog is required
Previous experience writing compelling long-form content such as blog posts or magazine stories is required
Proficiency in photography, videography and photo editing software is required
Comprehensive knowledge of the craft beer industry and emerging trends
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to effectively manage time and multiple relationships
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office software including Excel, Word and Power Point
