Job Summary

Own TORQ’s brand across every homeowner touchpoint while turning on-site content into a recurring storytelling engine that feeds social, events, and recruiting. Focus on three streams: Brand Stewardship, Content Creation, and Organic Social Engagement to protect consistency, showcase craftsmanship, and drive audience interaction.

  • Brand Stewardship: Enforce consistency across digital, print, vehicles, events, and communications.
  • Content Creation: Film on active job sites, build series, and coordinate assets with partners.
  • Organic Social Engagement: Manage posting cadence, trends, and community responses to grow reach and perception.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owns every touchpoint of the TORQ brand and ensures every homeowner experiences the same premium brand whether they see a social media post, a wrapped truck, a home show booth, a proposal, or one of our installation crews.
  • Brand Ownership: Own and protect the TORQ brand across every customer touchpoint. Ensure consistent branding across digital, print, apparel, vehicles, events, signage, proposals, and customer communications. Enforce brand consistency across all paid and non-paid marketing channels. Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure every campaign reflects the TORQ brand.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Spend time on active job sites capturing authentic content. Film installations, surface preparation, before-and-after transformations, customer testimonials, crew moments, and behind-the-scenes footage. Capture raw photo and video content and brief creative partners to develop polished marketing assets. Build recurring content series instead of one-off posts. Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting cadence. Identify storytelling opportunities that showcase the people, craftsmanship, and culture behind TORQ.
  • Organic Social Media: Own TORQ’s organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Schedule, publish, and optimize content across all platforms. Stay on top of social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement. Monitor performance and continually improve content strategy.
  • Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer interactions across all social platforms. Build relationships with homeowners and followers through timely engagement. Escalate customer concerns when appropriate while maintaining a premium brand voice.
  • Events & Brand Experience: Support home shows, community events, sponsorships, and company functions. Capture live content before, during, and after events. Coordinate branded displays, promotional materials, apparel, and giveaways. Help create memorable experiences that strengthen the TORQ brand.
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate brochures, sales collateral, signage, apparel, promotional products, and branded merchandise. Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, printers, and creative vendors. Support seasonal promotions, new product launches, and company initiatives.
  • Recruiting Brand: Showcase company culture through authentic content. Highlight employee success stories, training, career growth, and company events. Support recruiting initiatives by helping position TORQ as one of the best places to build a career.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or social media management
  • Comfortable filming on active construction and residential job sites
  • Strong eye for photography, videography, and visual branding
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a builder’s mindset
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is a plus
  • Experience in home services, construction, or a related industry is preferred but not required
