Job Summary
Own the brand management day-to-day for a small client set, balancing relationship management with hands-on design and project execution, during a parental leave transition.
- Client & project ownership: be the day-to-day contact, manage timelines and deliverables
- Creative execution: deliver brand, graphic, and digital design work
- Continuity and escalation: coordinate vendors and escalate strategic decisions to ensure seamless service during leave

Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Attend recurring client meetings
- Manage timelines and deliverables
- Execute brand, graphic design, and digital design projects
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Prepare presentations and client-facing materials
- Escalate strategic decisions to Christophe when needed
- Ensure continuity of service during paternity leave
Requirements
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized, proactive, and highly dependable
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Able to work independently with minimal oversight
