Job Summary

Own and evolve brand and product strategy through data-driven portfolio decisions, end-to-end brand management from concept to market, and cross-functional program execution that ties customer insights to GTM success.

  • Portfolio and calendar ownership: steer product timelines and roadmap decisions with analytics and consumer signals.
  • Brand craft and GTM: set positioning, audience targets, and multi-channel plans to hit defined objectives.
  • Cross-functional leadership: coordinate marketing, sales, product, and creative to launch on time and scale impact.

Job Description

  • Develops a rolling product innovation calendar in many possible ways of product development timelines
  • Lead decision making on the evolution of the respective brand portfolio by leveraging data, consumer insights and product expertise.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the brand management from initial concept to go-to-market including and not limited to: concept brief, copy, product positioning, competitive advantage, copy, artwork, etc.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across the channels.
  • Evaluate analytics including but not limited to: sales, profitability, stocks, SKUs, etc., to extract key insights for future product development and go-to-market strategies and growing the category or brand in the market, by completing with formal proposals and recommendations on strategies and tactics.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with cross-functional team to launch on time.
  • Responsible for the decision-making regarding content, production, and planning of all channels.
  • Close partnership with relevant cross-functional teams, to build but not limited to brand awareness, sales, profitability, stock levels, etc. by leading and gaining alignment.
  • Lead the category team by being transparent, evaluating performance, and providing coaching & feedback to growth of team members.
