Responsibilities

• Helping shape and guide the creative vision for Madison + Mallory
• Planning and organizing creative direction for collection drops
• Thinking through themes, color stories, styling direction, and overall aesthetic for each launch
• Working closely with the social media team and content creators to plan content needed for each drop
• Being present during shoots to guide styling, presentation, and brand alignment
• Giving clear, professional creative feedback related to styling, fit, hair, makeup, and on camera presence
• Capturing and directing select behind the scenes and launch related content when needed
• Collaborating on how content is edited and presented across platforms
• Reviewing and approving website flow to ensure it aligns with the brand vision
• Selecting and approving front facing product images and key website visuals

Requirements

• Someone with a strong creative eye and a genuine love for fashion
• The ability to think visually and see how a collection comes together
• Confidence giving creative feedback and guiding direction
• Comfortable being hands on and involved in content creation
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok and how fashion content performs
• Experience using Canva or similar tools
• Organized, proactive, and able to follow through
• Someone who takes ownership and cares deeply about brand consistency
• Comfortable working in an in person, collaborative environment
