Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design assets across all digital channels, including email, SMS, paid media, social, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand identity.
  • Translate marketing strategies into compelling and cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Adapt creative assets to meet channel-specific and market-specific needs.
  • Partner with Marketing to test and optimize creative for paid media and email performance.
  • Design seasonal and holiday booklets, mailers, and shipping inserts.
  • Maintain brand ledger and pitch deck to ensure relevance.
  • Design digital and physical assets for wholesale, including line sheets, invitations, menus, in-store signage, and branded collateral.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand templates and design systems.
  • Capture and edit elevated video content daily for social and digital platforms with a willingness to be both forward-facing and behind the scenes.
  • Concept, produce and execute visual storytelling campaigns that highlight the meaning behind Jane Win pieces and support key marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in content creation and graphic design.
  • Understanding of social media content creation and design.
  • Must be comfortable being forward-facing in brand video content.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a point of view on emerging trends and innovative brand-building opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and digital design trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience designing and creating content for luxury or consumer goods brands preferred.
