Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media publishing and content scheduling
  • Support founder content creation and editing
  • Create short-form video clips and educational content
  • Maintain Shopify and Amazon product content
  • Assist with events, tastings, activations, and pop-ups
  • Organize media assets and marketing systems
  • Help manage email campaigns and customer communications
  • Use AI tools to increase creative output and operational leverage
  • Help document the growth of the company through photo, video, and storytelling
  • Assist with product launches, campaigns, and brand moments

Requirements

  • Creative and curious
  • Strong communication instincts
  • Good visual taste and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern creative workflows
  • Self-directed and organized
  • Strong understanding of social media and internet culture
  • Passionate about coffee, food, culture, storytelling, or media
  • Excited about startups and building something meaningful
  • Willing to move quickly and adapt constantly
